EYV is a vegetable-forward restaurant located in Pittsburgh's Deutschtown Neighborhood focusing on making vegetables the center of the plate with meats & seafood playing a supporting role while utilizing the bounty of Western Pennsylvania & East Ohio Farms whenever possible.
