To reduce/prevent the amount of no-show reservations we do require a credit card on file when booking you reservation. Your card is not charged unless you no show your reservation. Your credit card information is stored with Tock and EYV Staff have no way to access it. We will attempt to reach you by the phone number on file before marking you as a no-show. The charge for no showing is $10 per person.

We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes after your scheduled time if we do not hear from you before marking you as a no show and may not be able to honor your reservation or find a table for you.

Being a small independent restaurant this policy allows us to keep food costs reasonable and results in less wear and tear on our team since we schedule staff and prepare food according to our reservations and prevents us from potentially being able to offer that table to walk-in's or guests on the waitlist.
